ISO 3 Bed (or 2+den) in Beacon Hill/Back Bay (or close) Parking and non-garden level preferred 1500+sf ~2million and under.

A little open to location depending on the unit. Parking not a deal breaker but would be preferred.

ISO: Kitchen/Restaurant space needs to be vented (or be able to be vented) 1,000+ sf. Otherwise flexible in set up. Open to most areas dwnt
In Commercial
Slightly area agnostic as they have a delivery heavy business. Love Somerville/Cambridge but open to other areas of the city and places like Everett/revere/etc. Parking is a big plus but not required. jarrod@unitboston.com
