Client 2: Family ready to buy a Condo or Townhome. Needs to be side-by-side (not above or below). Needs to be pet-friendly and de-leaded or no lead. Price up to $600,000. Needs to be rentable in 2-3 years. Needs at least 1 parking space deeded and street parking or 2 spaces deeded. Minimum 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Will buy in Malden, Melrose, Winchester, Arlington, Medford, Somerville, Belmont, Newton, West Roxbury, Dedham.
Client 3: Couple ready to buy 2+ bed 1+ bath single family home. Needs a garage, newer kitchen, 8' + ceilings, and at least 1600 square feet. It should be newer or need only a small cosmetic project (e.g., updating a kitchen or bathroom). Budget up to $550,000 and may stretch to $600,000.00. Will buy in Hudson, Maynard, Concord, Acton, West Roxbury and Dedham. They're probably priced out of Boston and abutting towns but will consider these as well.
Client 4: Looking for Newton Single Family with at least 1 garage parking, small yard, 3 beds 2 baths minimum, 2000 sqft. minimum, wants newer or updated within past 10-15 years, does not want to see any towers, should be off or set back from a main road. Budget up to $1.3M for the right place. Prefers to be under $1.1M.
Client 5: Waiting for the right place. South End, good neighborhood near a park or other greenery, 2 bed 1.5 bath minimum, 900 sqft. minimum, 1 parking minimum. Prefers upper floor or two-level if lower floor. Prefers home requiring remodel and updates. Budget up to $1.2M for the right place.
Client 5: Any 3-4 Family Properties with Value Add under $1.5MM in Boston and Surrounding Towns.
Client 6: Any flips in Stoughton, Brockton, and surrounding towns under $500,000.00
